The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel production line integrates punching, marking and cutting processes, consisting of punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveying system, rotary conveying system, feeding conveyor, discharging conveyor, CNC feeding trolley, hydraulic system, electric control system, pneumatic system and other auxiliary devices. Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching equipment is configured with two to three punching stations, and each station is compatible with three different punch aperture specifications. All punching stations adopt full CNC programmable control to ensure consistent and accurate positioning during the entire punching process. The machine is capable of machining round holes and slotted holes to meet diverse processing demands. Equipped with high-speed feeding and punching mechanisms, the equipment delivers significantly enhanced production efficiency. When processing 50×50×4mm angle steel, the daily production capacity can reach 9 to 10 tons per 8-hour working shift.
2. The marking module of the CNC angle steel processing machine is mounted on a high-rigidity integrated frame structure. The marking system comprises four cassette assemblies, which support automatic program-based switching and full-range adjustment of character positions. Furthermore, the equipment adopts a 10-station rotary disc marking mechanism, realizing fully automatic character selection without manual intervention, which effectively improves marking efficiency and overall operational productivity.

3. The CNC angle steel cutting unit adopts a single-blade shearing structure with superior cutting performance. The cutting process achieves zero material loss while delivering smooth cutting surfaces and high dimensional precision. The blade assembly is designed with an open access door structure, facilitating safe, convenient and rapid blade replacement and daily maintenance.
4. The transverse conveying platform adopts motor and gearbox driving configuration to transfer angle steel workpieces steadily to the rotary conveying frame. This structural design ensures stable workpiece positioning on the feeding conveyor and guarantees continuous and stable operation of the subsequent production procedures.
5. Workpieces are firmly clamped and precisely conveyed by the CNC feeding trolley to maintain accurate positioning throughout all processing procedures. The feeding trolley is driven by a high-performance servo motor and equipped with a photoelectric encoder feedback device, forming a complete closed-loop control system to ensure high-precision feeding and positioning.

6. The CNC angle steel punching and marking equipment adopts hydraulic drive to complete punching, marking and cutting operations. It is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic power unit integrated with an energy storage accumulator. All hydraulic pipelines adopt ferrule-type connecting fittings, which feature reliable sealing performance and convenient disassembly for maintenance and replacement. The core hydraulic manifold blocks are supplied by the well-known brand Atos, ensuring stable operation and long-term reliability of the entire hydraulic system.
7. The hydraulic power unit supports multiple cooling modes, including water cooling, air cooling and oil chiller cooling. Customers can select the optimal cooling solution based on actual on-site production conditions and operational requirements.

8. The core control system is composed of industrial computer, PLC controller, servo drive units, external sensor switches and other key components. After operators input machining parameters, the system can automatically generate corresponding machining programs. It supports mainstream file formats such as DXF and NC exported from CAD design software. The industrial computer is equipped with a humanized man-machine interaction interface, realizing simple operation and intuitive process monitoring.
